Terms of Service

Last updated: February 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Always Early Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Always Early reads your Google Calendar events and automatically opens browser tabs for upcoming meetings that contain video conferencing links. The Extension runs locally within your Chrome browser.

3. Google Account Access

The Extension requires read-only access to your Google Calendar to function. You authorize this access through Google's OAuth consent flow. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

4. Your Data

The Extension accesses your calendar data solely to identify upcoming meetings and their associated links. Your calendar data is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to any external server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will open tabs for every meeting.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to missed meetings, unauthorized tab openings, or data loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
